Pool Opening & Closing
Spring Assembly – Get Your Pool Swim-Ready!
Our certified technicians will reassemble and test all equipment, bleed gas lines, reinstall and prime system pumps, lubricate gaskets, and test your heater. This service also includes starting up waterfalls, slides, pool cleaner pumps, and up to two additional system pumps. While on-site, we’ll replace minor parts as needed and provide recommendations for any additional repairs or services.
Initial Vacuum Service (Available only with Spring Assembly)
We’ll brush and vacuum winter buildup, plus perform one-touch vacuuming as needed. Start-up chemicals are required (balancing chemicals not included). To ensure accurate water testing and balancing, we recommend running the system for 24-48 hours until a technician programs your schedule.

For the best results, we recommend opening your pool 2-3 weeks before your intended swim date. This allows time to clear and balance the water while addressing any unexpected issues
Winterization – Protect Your Pool
As the temperatures drop, let Cool Pool ensure your pool is properly winterized and protected. Our certified technicians will lower the water level, drain and winterize all equipment, blow out and plug the lines, and remove and store pool accessories. Waterfalls, slides, pool cleaner pumps, and up to three system pumps are winterized at no extra charge.
To help maintain your pool’s condition through the colder months, we recommend a Winter Kit with every closing. This kit features two long-lasting algaecides—one added at closing and another floating in a canister throughout winter—plus a phosphate-free stain and scale preventer to protect your pool’s surface and water quality.
For added protection, we offer an all-natural rodent repellent to help keep mice and small critters from nesting inside your heater. Need a final clean before closing? Our winter vacuuming service includes thorough brushing to leave your pool in top shape. Finally, we will install your new or existing winter cover, ensuring your pool stays secure throughout the off-season.

Leak Detection-Due to the plethora of possible sources, detecting leaks can take some trial and error. For this reason we have a Leak Detection Form that we ask customers to review and sign in order to schedule this service.
